What a new STEAM centre would mean to us
Thanks to Kat Theophanous for her ongoing advocacy for State Budge consideration of Thornbury High's next stage of development... we need a new STEAM centre! Our current facilities are very retro, but not in a good way. Built in the 1960's, they are not up to the job of supporting the learning of our super talented students and staff. As we have learned this year, scientists are our last line of defence, and we want to give our students the best start possible, so Australia continues to be a country hitting above its weight on creative research and development. Watch Kat's video to hear from some of those very students, in their own words.
